FRISCO – The first residential community in the 2,500-acre Fields development has begun selling homes.
Brookside is split into Brookside South and Brookside North. South will include 494 homes, a fitness center, two pools, a tennis court, two pickleball courts, and trails, as well as a city park and elementary school.
Builders for Brookside South are Britton Homes, Darling Homes, Huntington Homes, Olivia Clarke Homes, Shaddock Homes, and Toll Brothers.
Prices range from $700,000 to $2 million for primarily 40-ft to 50-ft lots.
