DALLAS – Dallas County has purchased a 155,000-sf class B office building at 1300 W. Mockingbird Ln.
The city already occupies over half the building and intends to occupy the remainder.
The seller, Ricchi Group, was represented by TXRE Properties. OMS Strategic Advisors LLC represented the buyer.
The property was 84 percent occupied at time of sale.
