SAN ANTONIO – Cottonwood Group and Texsun Holdings have purchased a 636-unit portfolio consisting of two San Antonio communities.
The complexes are San Mateo Apartments at 3787 Perrin Central Blvd. and Heights on Perrin Apartments at 2555 NE I-410 Loop.
$7 million is allocated for renovation and repositioning. ResProp will manage the properties.
