SAN MARCOS – Kalterra Capital Partners has broken ground on a 249-unit multifamily complex near McCarty Commons.
The Dylan will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans with 675 to 1,415 sf.
The community will have a pool, fitness center, volleyball court, and open green spaces.
Completion is slated for second quarter 2023.
