HOUSTON – Common Desk has signed a 24,140-sf lease at 2500 CityWest Blvd. in the Westchase District.
The tenant will occupy part of the first and second floors of the 25-story, 578,284-sf Class A office tower.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, a joint venture of Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate.
