DALLAS, BENBROOK – Magma Equities and Viking Partners have purchased two multifamily assets totaling 562 units.
Vista Azul is a 248-unit property at 2911 Clydedale Dr. in Dallas. It was built in 1974.
Built in 2002, Verandas at City View is a 314-unit community at 7301 Oakmont Blvd. in Benbrook.
The new ownership plans to implement value-add programs at both communities.
