HOUSTON – Cadence Bank has signed an 82,215-sf office lease at Park Towers.
The 545,242-sf office campus at 1233 W. Loop S. consists of two 18-story buildings.
Amenities include a fitness center, conference room, tenant lounge with golf simulator, and an under-construction drive-through coffee shop.
Transwestern represented the landlord, Regent Properties.
