DALLAS – Construction will begin in a few months on a new downtown apartment project from Austin developer SITG Capital Partners LLC.
The $8 million, 50-unit project will be at 1601 S. Akard St. in the Cedars neighborhood. It will open in 2025.
Corgan is the designer.
