HOUSTON – Apache Corp. has signed a 328,000-sf lease renewal and expansion at Briarlake Plaza.
The corporation will relocate its global headquarters to the property, where it currently occupies 210,000 sf.
The lease, which was originally set to expire in 2024, will expire in 2038.
