KATY – Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta Grandway, a 336-unit apartment complex at 2110 Grandway Dr.
The garden-style community will have one-, two- and three-bedroom options.
Amenities will include a resort-style pool with an outdoor kitchen, a dog park, 24-hour fitness center, business center and entertainment area.
