Amazon-leased warehouse delivers to California-based investor

DALLAS – Cohen Asset Management Inc. has purchased a warehouse in south Dallas. The 920,000-sf logistics facility at 3351 Balmorhea Dr, south of I-20, is fully leased to Amazon.
