Austin Habitat for Humanity to begin 150-home affordable housing project

Northpoint plans 2.2M-sf Foster Commerce Center

​SAN ANTONIO – Kansas City, Mo.-​based Northpoint Development is developing a 2.2 million-​sf industrial park east of downtown. The Foster Commerce Center will be a six-building development built in phases. Phase one includes two buildings totaling 650,000 sf. Partnership picks up Humble apartment property

Skyline Park on the way in south Austin
