Addison approves $472M mixed-use project surrounding DART Silver Line

170K-sf office building slated for downtown Austin

​​​​​​AUSTIN – Ivanhoé Cambridge and Greystar have broken ground on a 170,000-sf office project. Fulbright Tower getting facelift

The Niche Apartments in San Antonio sold

​​SAN ANTONIO – The Niche Apartments, a 150-unit garden-style community at 33 Lynn Batts Ln., has been sold.  The seller, Hamilton Zanze, purchased the 22-year-old complex in 2016. Bastrop development site changes hands

BASTROP – An Austin-based developer has purchased two adjacent tracts of land totaling 7.6 acres. The new owner will b​uild either a self-storage or industrial flex building at the site.
