PLANO – Los Angeles-based Jacobson Co. has acquired Morada Plano Apartments, a 183-unit multifamily property at 1009 14th St.
Completed in 2020, the community has studio and one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 602 to 1,207 sf.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, business center, rooftop terrace, game room, and pet play area.
CIT provided acquisition financing.
