PROSPER – A 160,000-sf Costco store will be built on the northeast corner of West University Dr. and FM 1385.
The Prosper warehouse club and fuel pumps will cost more than $20 million to build.
Construction is slated to begin in March 2024. Completion is expected by the following October.
