HUTTO – The city council has approved a development agreement for the 90-acre mixed-use Olander Farms development at the corner of Limmer Loop and N. FM Road 1660 with HL Capital Partners LLC.
The project’s single-family parcel is a 20-acre tract that will be developed with about 106 homes. There are four multifamily parcels totaling about 61 acres. One tract will have 222 build-to-rent homes, a second will have up to 650 apartments, a third will have 122 for-sale townhomes, and the fourth will have up to 160 apartments.
Additionally, Olander Farms has three commercial lots totaling about 12 acres. The largest is about six acres and will have up to 60,000 sf.
Developers plan to employ green building practices and strive for energy efficiency and low water usage throughout.
