MELISSA, AUBREY – California-based developer Legacy Partners is partnering with Resmark Cos. to build two rental communities totaling 267 houses.
The Highland community in Melissa on Highland Rd. and McKinney St. will have 133 homes with one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 780 to 1,500 sf with monthly rents starting at $2,100.
The Aubrey development of Oak Grove will have 134 homes with one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 770 to 1,625 sf. Both communities will open in late 2025 and will include a clubhouse, coworking spaces, fitness centers, resort-style pools, dog parks, and green space.
Provident General Contractors is the builder. Architecture Demarest designed the Aubrey community while UD Architects designed the one in Melissa.
