AUSTIN – Pearlstone Partners LLC has secured funding for the first phase of their $250 million project, The Belvedere, but is “actively seeking” equity partners for vertical construction this spring.
The Belvedere will rise on about three acres at 300 Pressler St. It will be more than 299,000 sf, and have 247 one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos reaching 2,300 sf. Amenities include an on-site restaurant and bar, resort-style pool, lap pool space, coworking spaces, fitness studio, and pet lounge.
Prices are anticipated to start in the upper $700,000 range.
GDA Architects is the project’s designer.
