NEW BRAUNFELS – GMBC Communities’ new 62-unit condominium development, dubbed Dovetail, is about to break ground at 630 Central Pkwy.
GBMC describes Dovetail as a cross between stacked condo units and traditional residences with Western-inspired architecture and a hometown theme.
Floor plans will be available in studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Single and tandem garages will also be available on the gated property grounds.
Amenities will include an off-leash dog park, outdoor kitchen, and swimming pool.
Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of this year and wrap up in third quarter 2025.
