BROOKSHIRE – SOLogistics LLC has signed a lease for the entire 167,120-sf Westside 10 Industrial Park.
Situated on 9.75 acres at 814 FM 1489, Growth Capital Partners completed the development about a year ago.
The front-load warehouse has 32-ft clear height, ESFR sprinklers, a 60-ft speed bay, 38 dock doors, two overhead doors with ramps, a 145-ft truck court, and parking for 15 trailers and 227 cars.
JLL represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.
