Totaling 27,893 sf, the property represents an expansion for the company, which recently sold its 16,675-sf facility at 711 Buffalo Run in Missouri City.
Colliers represented the buyer in both transactions, while Partners Real Estate represented the seller of the Sam Houston Pkwy. building.
Ultra Houston Group LP and Fidelity Realtors represented the buyer of the Buffalo Run building, Wellcom Realty LLC.
