McKINNEY – San Diego-based Conam Group has purchased an apartment complex in the Craig Ranch development from apartment firm Cortland.
The 270-unit Arise Craig Ranch at 7201 South Custer Rd. has a saltwater swimming pool, resident lounge, several courtyards, two-story fitness center, movie theater, dog park, and business center. Monthly rent starts at $1,400.
Nationwide, Conam has 60,000 rental units across 11 states. The firm recently purchased the 300-unit Alma On Maple in the Dallas Medical District.
