DALLAS, McKINNEY – An investment firm has purchased four industrial properties totaling 219,000 sf.
CanTex Capital acquired three Dallas properties on Jupiter Rd. near I-635 and one McKinney property on Interchange St. All buildings are fully leased.
Since early 2022, CanTex has acquired a total of three million sf of industrial properties.
