Mesquite multifamily property purchased by L.A.-based investor

MESQUITE – A private investor out of Los Angeles has purchased the 256-unit multifamily property at 200 N. Belt Line Rd. Units at Landmark at Courtyard Villas average 905 sf.  The buyer, ShainRealty Capital, will invest $3 million for renovations and plan on rebranding Landmark as Infinity At Sunnyvale.
