DALLAS – An 875,000-sf office campus is having its three-tower project overhauled.
The Towers at Park Central along LBJ Fwy. are three buildings with eight to 14 stories and an adjoining 536-room Westin Hotel. It will undergo renovations, including enhancing the amenities and making the buildings more harmonious. Work begins in a few weeks.
The buildings were purchased by Florida-based Morning Calm management in November. They were 55 percent occupied.
Built in the 1980s, The Towers at Park Central has changed hands several times.
