GREENVILLE — REIT Extra Space Storage of Utah has purchased Greenville Self Storage, a 741-unit facility at 107 CR 2186.
Built in 2019, the four-story, climate-controlled facility is operated by CubeSmart and spans about 83,000 net rentable sf.
Greenville Self Storage was more than 90 percent occupied when sold.
