LEANDER – Johnson Development Corp. has started on the final phase of the 530-acre Bryson residential community.
The master-planned development currently has 918 homes. It will total 1,261 residences when complete in 2024.
TriPointe Construction broke ground on 66 three- and four-bedroom homes last month. Floor plans range from 1,903 to 2,700 sf.
Bryson will include an amenity center with pool, event lawn, outdoor pavilion, fire pits, and fishing pond.
