SAN ANTONIO – Construction has started on WatersEdge II, an $18.6 million office building within the Brooks City Base mixed-use development.
The project is second in a pair of office buildings. WatersEdge I will deliver this summer.
The facilities will offer a combined 200,000 sf of Class A space for lease.
Harvey Cleary is the general contractor. Cambridge Development Group LLC is the developer.
