ALLEN – Sol-Ark has purchased a 115,200-sf office building at 805 S. Central Expy.
The building was built in 1998.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Gladstone Commercial.
Middendorf Commercial Real Estate represented Sol-Ark, who will take full occupancy of the building.
