PFLUGERVILLE – Wilson Capital is developing The Bowerly, a 294-unit multifamily complex at 100 Dessau Rd.
The three-building project will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 650 to 1,400 sf.
Clark Wilson Builder is the general contractor.
Construction begins in February 2023 and will be complete in 2024.
