DRIPPING SPRINGS – Dominium has acquired the Springs Apartments, a 76-unit affordable housing community at 289 Springs Ln.
Built in 2001, the property has one- to three-bedroom units reserved for residents earning no more than 60 percent of the area median income.
Dominium will construct 144 additional units and rehabilitate original units. The project represents a $3 million investment.
