PEARLAND – Sueba USA has broken ground on Ivy Lofts, the first building in The Ivy mixed-use development at 1466 Ivy Park Terrace.
The 445-unit, four-story complex will have studio and one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 480 to 1,280 sf.
There will also be 10,707 sf of first-floor retail space, a five-story parking garage, and surface parking.
Amenities will include a pool, outdoor cabanas and grilling areas, fitness center, multimedia executive center, and rentable storage.
Opening is slated for late next year.
