TEMPLE – Sycamore Strategies and Stuart Shaw Family Development are developing Mariposa Scott & White, an affordable senior housing project.
Of the 140 total units, 108 will be reserved for residents earning up to 30, 50, or 60 percent of the area median income.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, business center, clubhouse, theater room, and outdoor picnic areas.
Hunt Capital Partners provided $13.6 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity.
Completion is slated for January 2024.
