FORNEY – Lovett Industrial has broken ground on Innovation Ridge Logistics Park, a 1.1 million-sf speculative project.
The project will have an 817,538-sf cross-dock facility and two single-load buildings measuring 175,092 and 145,020 sf.
Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent.
Completion is slated for September 2023.
