AUSTIN – Minnesota-based United Properties has started on Shelby Ranch, a 302-unit multifamily complex at 2212 Lynbrook Dr.
The project will have two four-story buildings with studio to three-bedroom options.
Amenities will include a pool, garden, arts and crafts studio, fitness center, coworking lounge, and dog park.
Belshaw Mulholland Architects designed the project.
Completion is slated for late 2024.
