ADDISON – JPI is building Addison Heights, a 287-unit multifamily development on three acres near Addison Airport.
The five-story project will have over 5,000 sf of ground-floor retail space and a 400-space parking garage.
Construction starts in early 2023 and will wrap up in 2025.
