AUSTIN – Wayfinder Real Estate LLC has begun work on Lookout, a 241-unit Class A apartment and townhome development at 13059 Four Star Blvd.
The 231 apartments will come in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans ranging from 568 to 1,522 sf. The ten townhome units will each be 1,547 sf with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
OHT Partners is the general contractor, Davies Collaborative is the architect, and Wayfinder Design is the interior designer.
Completion is slated for 2024.
