FORT WORTH – JPI is building Primrose Hybrid South, a 529,000-sf, $92 million residential development.
Primrose will have multifamily buildings, single-family homes, and duplex homes.
Amenities will include an amenity center, outdoor pool, and courtyard.
Construction starts in early 2023 and will finish in 2025.
