SAN ANTONIO – The Brooks Development Authority is developing Caroline at Brooke, an eight-building complex multifamily and retail project at 7910 S. New Braunfels Ave.
The $84 million project will have 373 apartment units ranging from 614 to 1,660 sf. There will also be ground-level retail and live-work units.
Davies Collaborative is the architect.
