FORNEY – Aspire Ventures has purchased 14 acres near US 80 for LUX at Gateway Apartments.
The $40 million project will have 336 units.
Opening is slated for 2024.
The project will be within the 2,000-acre Gateway master-planned community. The development will have retail, office, and industrial space in addition to the multifamily project.
