FORT WORTH – KWA Construction has broken ground on Settler Apartments, a 362-unit multifamily project.
The community will have a four-story residential building wrapped around a five-story parking garage. It will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, clubroom, conference center, dog run, and outdoor grilling and dining stations.
Completion is slated for summer 2024.
