The community is at 4251 Irving Ave. in the Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn area.
It has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with penthouses on the top two floors. Rents start at $2,900 per month for a one-bedroom unit.
Amenities include a fitness center, resident lounge, guest suites for visiting families, and a fifth-floor amenity space with outdoor deck, pool, and kitchen space.
