AUSTIN – Brookfield Properties is developing Park 290, a 780,000-sf industrial park at 11653 Decker Ln.
The four LEED-certified buildings will have clear heights ranging from 28 to 36 ft and car and trailer parking.
The project awaits final approval from city council.
