GALVESTON – Satya Inc. is developing Tiara on the Beach, a ten-story condominium building at 10525 San Luis Pass Rd.
It will have 63 one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 1,661 sf to 4,306 sf. Prices will range from $1 million to $2.8 million.
Amenities will include a pool, hot tub, fitness center, yoga studio, media room, and basketball and pickleball courts. There will be parking on the first two levels.
Place Designers Inc. designed the 175,000-sf complex. Nan and Co. Properties is in charge of marketing.
Groundbreaking is set for late 2023. Move-ins will begin in fourth quarter 2025.
