HOUSTON – Level X Group has purchased a 16-story office tower at 2100 W. Loop S. from Tarantino Properties.
The new owner will renovate the tower with the addition of an updated conference room, fitness center, tenant lounge, and game room.
The building currently has 59,256 sf available for rent.
Lee & Associates will manage the property.
