KAUFMAN – A joint venture between the city and Cedar Crest Development is developing South Pointe Park, a $130 million, 52-acre mixed-use project.
It will be anchored by a 147,000-sf sports center that will have basketball courts, volleyball courts, indoor turf, batting cages, and an eight-lane bowling alley. Kaufman ISD will use the facility for its sports teams.
