Built in 2006, the property has one- to four-bedroom units ranging from 600 to 1,954 sf. It was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, outdoor kitchen, dog park, business center, and children’s play area.
Newmark represented the seller, a partnership between Internacional and CenterSquare Investment Management.
