CEDAR PARK – TIG Real Estate Services Inc. is developing Scottsdale Crossing Buildings E & F.
The two-building, 45,000-sf project will have two riser rooms, eight hollow metal doors, and five storefronts with six glass doors.
Cadence McShane is the general contractor. Sudio8 Architects designed the project.
Completion is slated for summer 2023.
