GRANDBURY – Quail Park of Grandbury, a 75-unit senior community at 2300 Paluxy Hwy., has been sold to Lloyd Jones Senior Living.
The property was 95 percent occupied at the time of the sale. It offers independent-living, assisted-living, and memory-care services.
