AUSTIN – Industry ATX is developing a townhome project on Keilbar Ln. called Industry Soma.
Industry Soma will have three- and four-bedroom options averaging 1,100 sf. The 23 attached townhomes will be reserved for residents making 80 percent or less of the area median income.

Construction began this month and will wrap in fall 2023.
